The Cuvée Domaine (AOP Chinon) is worked with the same care as all the others.

After a maceration of about one month, the wine is aged for 8 months, partly in tanks (around 75%) and partly in barrels of 2 wines.

The wine is then filtered before bottling and kept for 12 months in bottle before marketing.
